Refunds

  • You have 14 calendar days to request a refund from the date of your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made before you have completed any tests or accessed significant portions of the content.
  • Refunds are not available for partially used services or if you have completed a test.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

Approved Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not available if you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in any fraudulent activities.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any technical issues unless they are reported to us within 24 hours of purchase and we are unable to resolve them.
